Every great trip starts with a plan—and every great plan starts with understanding what kind of traveler you are. During this 30-minute consultation, we'll discuss your travel dates, interests, must-do experiences, budget, and travel style. Whether you're dreaming of snorkeling, fishing, waterfall hikes, cultural experiences, beach days, or a little bit of everything, we'll talk through what you want your Belize adventure to look like. This conversation also gives us the opportunity to determine whether Pink Lady Trip Planning is the right fit for your needs and which planning package will best support your trip. If you decide to move forward with a planning package, your $25 consultation fee will be credited toward your package purchase. Think of it as sunscreen for your vacation planning: a small step upfront that can help prevent a lot of frustration later.

How bookings work in real time

Each experience is arranged directly with local operators in Hopkins and surrounding areas. If multiple travelers express interest in similar activities, I may coordinate timing when possible—but I do not run scheduled group tours or guarantee that a waitlist will form into a shared departure.
